Invest in what you know

They say that you should buy stocks in companies that you buy the most products from and industries that you are most knowledgeable in. If you are buying products from a company, there is a good chance other people will be as well.

In the last month I have bought a Samsung Hard drive, Samsung Bluetooth Headset, Samsung TV and if I were to buy a digital camera or cell phone there is a good chance it would be a Samsung. It is not that I’m a Samsung fan boy who seeks out Samsung products, they just seem to be making the things I want to buy.

I’m sorry if that sounded too much like a commercial. My point was supposed to be about investing. The problem is that Samsung is not, as far as I can tell, sold on any US stock markets.
